Simplesmente amamos essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nNo ano passado, passamos por essa experi\u00eancia quando fomos conhecer o restaurante Fronteiri\u00e7o. Para chegar at\u00e9 o restaurante, voc\u00ea precisa passar pelo caminho da Serra da Cantareira. S\u00f3 a\u00ed j\u00e1 vale o passeio.<br \/>\nO caminho todo tem aquele cheirinho de mato caracter\u00edstico. E durante todo o percurso voc\u00ea consegue ouvir o som dos p\u00e1ssaros cantando.<br \/>\nO Fronteiri\u00e7o \u00e9 o primeiro restaurante depois do posto policial. S\u00f3 de chegar na porta, j\u00e1 d\u00e1 aquela paz no cora\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nO restaurante \u00e9 a coisa mais linda! Fisicamente ele tem aquela cara de chal\u00e9, com jeit\u00e3o de Sul do Pa\u00eds, sabe?!.<br \/>\nO propriet\u00e1rio Guto Ziani nasceu no Rio Grande do Sul, em uma regi\u00e3o conhecida como Fronteira da Paz, justamente por fazer divisa com a Argentina e com o Uruguai, ou seja, essa cultura do Assado Uruguaio, Argentino e Gaucho est\u00e1 no sangue dele (e d\u00e1 pra sentir isso em cada prato).<br \/>\nPraticamente todos os pratos s\u00e3o feitos na Parrilla. O estilo de gastronomia \u00e9 aquele de mem\u00f3ria afetiva, que te teletransporta para o Sul a cada mordida. E essa magia toda acontece no ponto mais alto da Serra da Cantareira, que \u00e9 simplesmente A MAIOR FLORESTA URBANA DO MUNDO! J\u00e1 deu pra imaginar um pouquinho dessa experi\u00eancia?. Pedimos duas de tomate com gorgonzola e duas de queijo de cabra com abobrinha. Ambas estavam maravilhosas! O valor da brusqueta de tomate com gorgonzola \u00e9 de R$ 24,90 com 4 unidades e o valor da brusqueta de queijo de cabra com abobrinha \u00e9 de R$ 29,90 com 4 unidades.<br \/>\nDe entrada tamb\u00e9m pedimos um prato chamado SURF AND TURF. Essa na verdade \u00e9 uma entrada que tamb\u00e9m da para pedir como prato principal porque \u00e9 super bem servida. Esse prato leva o conceito de &#8220;terra e mar&#8221;. \u00c9 uma mistura de matambre su\u00edno com camar\u00e3o, lula, tomate, caponata de legumes com hongos uruguaio e mussarela. Na HORA que voc\u00ea vai se servir, o queijo estica, o que torna a experi\u00eancia ainda mais legal (amamos um queijo esticado rsrs). O ponto alto e tamb\u00e9m o momento mais emocionante da experi\u00eancia rsrs. Pedimos um WAGYU bife de chorizo. S\u00e3o\u00a0400 gramas de carne, acompanhado por um pur\u00ea de ab\u00f3bora com gorgonzola e uma farofa. Pedimos ela mal passada, e assim chegou. O que dizer desse prato? Simplesmente o melhor da vida!<br \/>\nEssa carne desmancha na boca e o sabor \u00e9 uma mistura de alegria com felicidade! rsrs.<br \/>\nEsse prato \u00e9 SURREAL E INCR\u00cdVEL! Todas as nossas expectativas foram superadas quando provamos o primeiro peda\u00e7o dessa carne.<br \/>\nDestaque absoluto tamb\u00e9m para o pur\u00ea de ab\u00f3bora com gorgonzola que estava maravilhoso.<br \/>\nSem sombra de d\u00favidas esse foi o ponto alto da nossa experi\u00eancia gastron\u00f4mica no Fronteiri\u00e7o.<br \/>\nO valor desse prato foi de R$299,90.<\/p>\n<p><img Ele nos falou que o Fronteiri\u00e7o \u00e9 &#8220;carbon free&#8221;, ou seja, o restaurante calcula mensalmente tudo o que emite de carbono e faz uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o com plantio de novas \u00e1rvores e reciclagem.<br \/>\nA preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o dele com a natureza e meio ambiente \u00e9 bonita de se ver. Al\u00e9m disso, at\u00e9 o final do ano eles ser\u00e3o o primeiro restaurante do Brasil 100% sustent\u00e1vel.
